Welcome to Amy Bakes Cakes™ Bakery & Catering. I started cooking very young making toad in the holes(a fried egg & toast breakfast) with my Dad for Sunday Brunch for the family. I have always loved cooking and have worked my entire life serving, hostessing, or bartending in various hospitality environments.

Moving to Missouri in 1999, I finally went back to college and received my B.S. in Hospitality & Restaurant Management.

At the Galloway Village Tea Room I had my first experience cooking at a restaurant and learned several techniques making cakes and other appetizing creations. My chicken salad is to die for as I'm sure you will agree once you try it.

I started making cakes and other baked goods for family and friends. Through their word of mouth advertising I have received several orders and continue to grow daily.
